What is the meaning and purpose of LP?
LP (Landing Page) is an abbreviation for landing page, which is created to increase sales and inquiries for products and services. It is characterized by a long page with clear targets and appealing content. It is also sometimes called a “ramp.” One of its main features is that it is often used as the first page that appears when a user clicks on a web advertisement (listing, GDN, YDN, affiliate, etc.).
Maximize effectiveness with advertising and AB testing!

In the case of natural searches on Google, Yahoo!, etc., the mainstream practice is to link to the official website, while links from “listing” and “ad network” advertisements are linked to LP.
In recent years, access from social media advertising on Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms has become increasingly important.
The reason for using it in advertisements is that users who access the site can find the information they are looking for on a single page without having to navigate to other pages, which greatly increases the likelihood of conversion rates compared to accessing a normal website.

However, creating an LP once will not maximize its effectiveness. A method often used to further enhance the effectiveness of a published LP is called “AB testing.”
Even with the same product, we create two landing pages with different “presentation” and “promotion” methods, direct half of the users from the same advertisement to each page, and repeat the process of adopting the more effective one to create a page with a high conversion rate.
