- Design
- Based on a gradient that connects deep blue to bright cyan, this recruitment landing page incorporates circular motifs evocative of eyeglasses and lenses throughout. In the first view, a blurred photo of a customer service scene is overlaid with a handwritten-style message to create a warm, conversational tone that speaks to job seekers. Large, curved background transitions give the entire page a soft flow and sense of depth. Employee messages and job descriptions combine circularly cropped portraits with bold headings to balance approachability and a professional impression. Circles of various sizes and thin lines gently link pieces of information and visually express the brand's core theme of "seeing." From the middle onward, generous use of white lightens the overall impression and neatly organizes information such as growth opportunities, commitment to work, employee introductions, and work-life balance. The design features many natural expressions of actual staff and abundant service-scene photos to convey the workplace atmosphere concretely. The final entry area again envelopes the screen in vivid blue; large English headings and white buttons create a fresh, forward-looking finish.
