- The site features a bright, friendly design based on yellow, red, and white. By effectively incorporating the brand colors and combining pop illustrations and photographs, it expresses a fun, warm worldview characteristic of a snack manufacturer.
In the hero section, large images of employees at work are prominently displayed, and the slogan 'A job that makes snacks.' is placed impressively, creating a structure that conveys the appeal of the work intuitively. In yellow-based sections, characters and product packaging are used as accents to highlight the brand identity.
Each content area is organized with a layout that makes use of white space and rounded design; by arranging photos, illustrations, and icons in balance, the design allows users to read comfortably even when there is a lot of information. Additionally, the curved transitions between sections create a rhythm across the page, making scrolling enjoyable.
Overall, the cohesive color palette that leverages the brand colors and the pop, warm visual expression result in a bright and memorable recruitment site design that conveys the company's appeal and sense of familiarity.
