- This recruitment site is designed to clearly convey the company's appeal with a focus on 'technical skills' and 'people's growth'.
A strong point is that it makes effective use of large visuals and a simple layout to impressively convey the scale and appeal of the work that supports creating commercial spaces. In addition, contents such as 'Knowing the Company', 'Knowing the Work', and 'Knowing the Colleagues' are organized, creating a structure that allows users to understand, in a natural flow, everything from the company's philosophy to job descriptions and employee interviews. Furthermore, by prominently featuring the training program 'Ariga Akademii', it visually communicates that even those without experience can grow with confidence.
In terms of design, the readable layout that makes use of whitespace and the unified color scheme make the site easy to read even when there is a lot of information, and by using photographs effectively it also conveys the atmosphere of the people at work and the corporate culture.
