Site Description: FIGARO is a design studio centered on spatial and interior design. Focusing on commercial facilities and tenant spaces, it conducts planning and design to realize a brand's worldview as a physical space.
Design: The minimal layout that boldly makes use of negative space and the large, prominent typography are very striking, and compellingly express a refined brand image as a design studio. The featured spatial photographs have unified lighting, composition, and tonality, so the appeal and texture of each project are conveyed carefully, creating a pleasant browsing experience akin to viewing a gallery. Furthermore, the structure that shifts from simple, predominantly white pages to later sections dominated by black produces visual contrast and makes the brand's worldview more memorable. The design balance, which minimizes decoration while maximizing the presence of photographs and text, is excellent; I feel it is a highly accomplished design that achieves both sophistication and creativity at a high level.
