- Design
- Overall, the design uses calm gray and black as the base, with orange used effectively as an accent. Given the nature of the product as bedding, it is necessary to appeal to “sleep,” “relaxation,” and “comfort,” and by adding warm-toned orange, it creates a sense of warmth and reassurance, giving a friendly touch to what could otherwise be a monotonous function-focused page. It gives the impression that the balance between a luxurious feel and approachability is relatively well achieved.
In the first view, the product image is placed prominently while features and campaign information are summarized for easy visibility. The moment a user opens the page, it is easy to grasp “what kind of product it is” and “what benefits it offers,” and this sufficiently serves its role as an introduction. Also, since photos of people and usage scenes are inserted appropriately, the structure allows users to naturally imagine using the product.
In terms of structure, the flow is organized in a relatively orthodox manner: product feature descriptions, users’ concerns, feature introductions, comparison information, usage scenes, reviews, development background, and purchase pathways. In particular, the flow that presents sleep-related concerns and then connects them to the product’s functions is easy to understand and makes it easier for users to relate personally. It does not simply list functions; it consciously provides reasons for “why it is necessary.”
In the product feature explanations, the heavy use of diagrams and illustrations is a positive point. Bedding is a product whose internal structure and material differences are difficult to convey, but increasing visual explanations helps support understanding. Also, incorporating photos of actual users and people who appear to be experts is another measure that helps enhance credibility.
On the other hand, the overall amount of information on the page is quite large, resulting in a long vertical layout. While this provides sufficient information for users with high purchase intent, when viewed on a smartphone there may be a certain number of users who drop off midway. Therefore, the current design of repeatedly showing important benefits and differentiating points at key spots is reasonable, but there appears to be room to further strengthen the contrast between sections.
From a design perspective, the tastes of photos, illustrations, and diagrams are relatively unified, maintaining a consistent brand image overall. In particular, concentrating the use of orange on CTAs and important information makes it easier to guide the user’s gaze. Also, switching background colors to separate sections makes it easier to recognize content shifts even on a long page.
Overall, this is a classic landing page that carefully organizes the information necessary for functional bedding while imparting trust and reassurance. It is not the flashy type that attracts attention with showy effects; rather, it is designed to support purchase consideration by accumulating the product’s features and rationale, making it well-suited to users who compare and consider options. Visibility, information organization, and the placement of purchase pathways are all well balanced, creating a structure that naturally connects product understanding to purchase decisions.
