Site Description: This site is for those who wish to take the Keishicho police officer and staff recruitment examinations (selection).
Design: A calm color scheme centered on trustworthy navy and beige and a layout focused on live-action photography are very striking, effectively conveying the organization's solidity and sense of security. In the first view, subjects' expressions and message-driven copy naturally draw the eye, and thereafter the card-style content arrangement and grid layout keep information organized, creating a pleasant flow that allows users to continue reading without confusion despite the amount of content. Furthermore, diverse content such as job introductions, interviews, and a "day in the life" unfolds with good rhythm; the consistency of the photographs and appropriate whitespace improve readability, making this a highly polished design that balances the necessary information and emotional appeal expected of a recruitment site.
