- Site Description
- This is the recruitment site for Sagami Shinyou Kinko, the only shinkin bank headquartered in western Kanagawa Prefecture, which has reached its 100th anniversary. It provides recruitment information, as well as testimonials from senior staff and descriptions of job duties.
- Design
- The hero image and the copy 'My town is my workplace.' leave a strong impression and intuitively convey the connection between the community and work. The blue-based color palette conveys trust and cleanliness, and the light use of white space enhances readability. Each section is clearly organized into 'About', 'Job', 'People', 'Session', 'Recruit', and 'News', enabling smooth visual guidance. The site is rich in portrait photography, and the inclusion of local scenery and maps fosters a sense of familiarity. Heading and button styles are unified, and CTAs are carefully placed at key points. The layout allows users to understand job details and working styles progressively and communicates the project's tone, resulting in a 'sincere and open' landing page. Overall, the brand's stance remains consistent throughout, making for a well-designed structure that naturally encourages applications.
