- This is Kabushiki-gaisha STELAQ's new graduate recruitment site. Because STELAQ has a stable foundation and a proven track record, it provides an environment where engineers can grow.
- Design
- This landing page uses a clean color palette centered on turquoise and ample white space, conveying sincerity and transparency from the start. The opening 'POINT01–03' succinctly captures the value, and the subsequent flow—layering a message from the representative and data indicators (age composition, annual holidays, retention rate, etc.)—unfolds in a way that methodically eases the reader's concerns. The sequence of card-style interviews, articles linked with note, and short-form videos connects information of different tones effectively, concretizing both the sense of the people and the image of how they work. Button and link labeling are consistent, and the navigation design, which allows users to move to points of interest without hesitation, leaves a favorable impression. Overall, I feel the design balances the credibility of numbers with personal stories and carefully builds a solid sense of conviction from consideration to application.
