This is the new graduate recruitment site for "Taguchi Group | Taguchi Kogyo," a manufacturer of construction equipment attachments headquartered in Okayama Prefecture. It provides information such as job openings for new graduates, job descriptions, and internships.
Design: This design strongly emphasizes "manga expression" throughout, creating a strong sense of entertainment and impact. On the first screen, a bold monochrome manga-style illustration is prominently placed, with a layout resembling a comic magazine cover, intuitively designed to attract the interest of younger generations. As you scroll, tone-processed photos of actual employees and on-site scenes composed with pseudo-manga paneling create a unique and impressive worldview that crosses between reality and fiction.
