Locations include Umeda Nakazakicho, Fukushima, Kitahama, Minamimorimachi, Tenmabashi, Tanion, Esaka, Toyonaka, and Takatsuki. They operate four brands: fis.osaka, fis.ladys, fisfree, and fis.pilates. Services include skeletal/pelvic correction combined with personal training, and one-on-one specialized machine Pilates. They offer completely private rooms, strictly one-on-one sessions, and are reservation-only. A full set of workout wear rental is free, so you can come empty-handed. Children are also welcome. Services are ideal for diet, body sculpting, and health management.
