Mindfulness app 'poi' is a PMS, period tracking, and simple mindfulness app. The mood swings that visit every month are due to female hormones, and it's not your fault. It's not because you have a weak mind. How much lighter would your heart feel if you could say that? If you could navigate the rough seas of your heart and challenge yourself to do what you truly want as your true self, we would surely find life much easier to live. We, poi, leverage the power of mindfulness to prevent irritability by recognizing discomfort in advance, soothe monthly mood swings and self-loathing through mindfulness, and stand by you through life's difficulties.
