- "Koshirae" refers to the act of making something with all one's heart, a concept deeply rooted in Japan since ancient times. In 2013, "Koshirae," an onigiri shop specializing in "handmade" items, was born in Nakameguro. With the desire to "deliver a moment of comfort to those who eat our food," we began making onigiri with all our hearts. Even now that our onigiri has become very popular and we also make bento and side dishes, we continue to use our proud rice, cooked daily in a pot, and adhere to our "handmade" commitment that has not changed since our founding.
