This landing page is crafted as a recruitment site for the construction industry, with a refined design that effectively communicates the company's credibility and the appeal of working there. In the first view, a large visual of employees active on site and the simple, powerful copy "WITHYOU." leave a strong impression, allowing visitors to intuitively sense the company's emphasis on human connections and contribution to society. The overall layout makes ample use of white space, enhancing readability and giving a calm impression despite the site containing a large amount of information. Using white as the base and the brand color red as an accent naturally draws attention to important information and headings, achieving a cohesive design.
