Design

This LP was created as a new graduate recruitment site, centering on the message 'What cannot be done alone', and its design expresses the teamwork and co-creation culture unique to a company that creates events and experiential value. The overall composition is simple and primarily white, while graphical treatments using a variety of colors emphasize a creative, diverse, and energetic corporate atmosphere.

The first view employs bold typography to deliver a strong message that captures the viewer's attention. Within the page, the company's philosophy and passion for work are introduced carefully, and under the theme 'How do we create what we cannot do alone?' the structure naturally leads into employee profiles and interview content. By featuring many photos of employees actually working, the site is designed to convey the organization's atmosphere and the appeal of its people.

In addition, corporate data and information about the working environment are organized using infographics so that numerical information can be understood intuitively. Information on benefits, Q&A, and messages from the new graduate recruitment team are also provided, creating a structure that allows students considering applying to smoothly confirm the information they need.

On the design side, colorful band-like motifs are scattered throughout the page, visually expressing the company message that diverse personalities come together to create a single value. The combination of layouts that make use of white space and bold typography also achieves a refined art direction. The result is a highly original recruitment site design that balances the creativity characteristic of the advertising and events industry with the appeal of the people who work there.
